We're seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented Forecasting And Performance Manager to own the forecasting, performance measurement, and reporting for the One Key Cobrand Credit Card program. In this role, you will be responsible for developing financial and business forecasts, tracking program KPIs, collaborating closely with Finance, and informing strategic decision-making. Role sits in the business on the Traveler Engagement & Loyalty Team (TEaL).

In this role, you will :

• Develop, refine, and manage regular forecasting models for acquisition, spend, revenue, and portfolio health for the Cobrand Credit Card program
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics. Translate data into actionable insights for the team
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure financial projections are accurate, complete, and aligned with business objectives. Support annual and monthly planning cycles
• Build and maintain complex models for scenario planning, campaign evaluation, and benefit tracking
• Support business case development for new initiatives or value proposition enhancements with sound analytics and predictive modeling
• Present results and recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including Product, Tech, CRM / Marketing, and Senior Leadership
• Seek out and propose methods to continuously improve accuracy in forecasting and data reporting

Experience and qualifications :

The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
