Raytheon's Electrical Engineering Department in Portsmouth , RI , is seeking an Engineer capable of leading a project team of electrical engineers in analog, digital, mixed signal, configurable logic or power design. The desired candidate would possess project team leadership skills including cost and schedule management, plus proposal writing and presentation experience.

What You Will Do

• Lead projects for both development and production.
• Earned Value management.
• Work with operations and supply chain.
• Some travel to integration sites, customer and subcontractor facilities in support of the IPT and Program activities, may be required.
• Drive adherence to program plans and schedules, accurately measure and report on progress, identify potential problems in sufficient time for corrective action to be taken, and ensure the delivery of contractual commitments.
• Close management of design completion while simultaneously balancing resulting performance with the ability to meet the customer's critical schedule requirements.
• Regular review of program status including tracking and review by both Engineering and Program Leadership.
• This 1st shift role will be 100% on-site and based in Portsmouth, RI.

Qualifications You Must Have

Experience leading cross functional teams including but not limited to members from Engineering, Operations, Global Supply Chain, and Quality through hardware development, production, and / or test including system test.

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
