Experienced Litigation Paralegal

Our client, a well-established and respected law firm in St. Louis with a strong commitment to excellence and community involvement, is seeking a highly skilled Litigation Paralegal to join their busy litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with 3–5 years of civil litigation experience to contribute to a collaborative and dynamic legal environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Support attorneys throughout all phases of civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

Manage and organize case files, ensuring efficient document storage and retrieval.

Conduct legal research using industry-standard platforms to assist in case preparation and strategy.

Assist with trial preparation, including exhibit compilation and witness coordination.

Facilitate professional communication with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

Monitor deadlines and ensure all filings comply with court rules.

Maintain accurate billing records and assist with invoicing processes.

Candidate Profile :

Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.

3 to 5 years of experience in a litigation paralegal role.

Proficient with legal research tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable managing multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Demonstrates excellent judgment, discretion, and adaptability.
