Position Title : Youth Life Coach

Location : Laurel, Delaware

Full Time

Pay Rate : $28.00

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm with some flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Job Summary :

As a Youth Life Coach, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young people. In this contract-based role, you will serve as a mentor and guide, helping youth develop the skills, confidence, and resources they need to achieve their personal and professional goals. Through one-on-one coaching, group activities, and community connections, you will empower young individuals to overcome challenges, explore their interests, and unlock their full potential.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide personalized coaching and mentorship to youth, addressing their unique needs and goals
• Facilitate engaging group workshops and activities focused on developing life skills, such as time management, problem-solving, and financial literacy
• Connect youth with community resources, services, and opportunities that align with their interests and aspirations
• Collaborate with a team of social service professionals to ensure a holistic approach to supporting young individuals
• Maintain detailed records and progress reports to track the impact of your coaching efforts
