• Sr Payroll & Timekeeping Analyst
• will be responsible for overseeing payroll consolidation and ensuring compliance with established deadlines and legal regulations. The role involves monitoring overtime and additional payments, withholdings and adjustments, and supporting internal / external audits. The analyst will handle payroll and timekeeping related inquiries, contribute to process improvements, and participate in payroll closure for US and Puerto Rico employees.
• Responsible to validate and interpret payroll and timekeeping data, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, tax withholdings, and deductions
• Follow standard operating procedures for payroll processing including timecard review, salary adjustments and managing deductions.
• Ensure payroll and timekeeping are processed in compliance with company policy and all statutory requirements related to payroll and tax.
• Analyze, audit, reconcile, and resolve payroll related issues and support complex employee questions about paychecks, deductions, and other payroll-related matters.
• Assist with payroll system implementations, upgrades, and enhancementThis position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. • Requirements :
• 4+ years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
