Location : On-Site, Washington, DC (supporting a federal client)

Clearance Requirement : U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Salary or hourly pay range : $108 / hour

The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior Developer with significant Salesforce knowledge and experience to support our Federal customer in Washington, D.C.

What You'll Do

• Analyze business requirements and define functional specifications.
• Develop and deploy new features or configuration changes.
• Coordinate cross-team technical planning and sprint cycles.
• Maintain system enhancement documentation.
• Coordinate data migration between internal and external platforms.
• Map and align data fields for Salesforce and AWS reporting.
• Support secure API and data exchanges between platforms.
• Collaborate with enterprise grants management teams to design or implement data interoperability solutions.
• Participate in planning, design, and pilot testing for future integration or migration scenarios.
• Analyze functional business applications and design specifications.
• Develop block diagrams and logic flow charts.
• Translate detailed design into computer software.
• Test, debug, and refine the computer software to produce the required product.
• Applies knowledge of programming techniques and computer internet systems.
• Familiar with a variety of field concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Prepare required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
• Enhance software to reduce operating time or improve efficiency.
• Provide technical direction to programmers to ensure program deadlines are met.
