The Operations Team Assistant will provide administrative support to the Legal and Operations departments at Continental Properties while participating in a wide variety of activities associated with our communities. The position will play a key role in technology implementations and supporting efforts to streamline processes to meet our growing portfolio needs. The Operations Team Assistant plays a vital role in the effectiveness of the department while supporting team members in a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. This position reports directly to the Director of Operational Excellence.

This position has historically been a catalyst for growth allowing team members to gain valuable insight across the operations department and Continental as a whole to prepare for a variety of opportunities company wide. Essential Responsibilities :

Perform general administrative tasks including mailings and deliveries, deliverable and presentation preparation, email correspondence, printing, coordinating meetings, and organizing closing books

Organize, prepare, and submit expense reports

Book travel for members of each department, including onsite team members as needed

Provide customer service to onsite residents, including resident complaint calls and lease up inquiries

Manage and review community tracking activities (business license and permits, month end process, employee housing, etc.) for completeness and perform regular follow up

Assist with reporting of community data

Skills for Success :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Openness to leveraging AI tools to support your work

We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The posted salary range represents our good faith estimate of the base salary for this role at the time of posting. Final compensation is based on a variety of factors, including a candidate's experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include bonus potential or other forms of compensation and benefits.

Salary Range : $45,000 - $60,000
