Location : Houston, TX

Intrua Financial LLC an affiliate of Larson Financial Holdings LLC is seeking a Client Service Associate - Financial Services in the Houston, TX area to manage the client service operations of an Advisor's practice. This position will allow you to have direct contact with the clients to achieve their financial goals by performing operational duties, servicing clients through diligent and detailed follow-up, and keeping organized accounts of client information.

This is a fast-paced and rapidly growing practice, and it is the Client Service Associate’s duty to ensure that the Advisor is spending their time in meetings and prospecting. The position will be a good fit for a driven person who desires a guaranteed salary with large upside income potential based on the performance of the individual and the practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Complete client account opening and maintenance tasks as assigned
  • Problem solve client service tasks
  • Build relationships with advisors (and their clients)
  • Answer incoming client phone calls
  • Speak clearly and kindly to all clients, providing outstanding service
  • Maintain CRM software to track client data

Requirements : Expectations :

  • Ability to work with local teammates as well as teammates in other states
  • Ability to work with multiple financial advisors and multiple projects simultaneously
  • Be able deliver accurate results and achieve timely deadlines
  • Anticipate client questions or find the correct answer if unknown
  • Exercise discretion and empathy for clients
  • Must be motivated and goal-oriented

    • Skills and Experience :

  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • SIE licensing and expectation of passing the S6 or S7 within 6 months.
  • Knowledge of insurance / financial services industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Service oriented attitude
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and excellent note taking
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Exceptional organization and problem solving
