\nUnit Notes\n- Unit : Cath Lab & IR\n- # suites / labs : 3\n- Certs / ARRT : Techs can have RCIS or ARRT - it will depend on what they need and who they have on staff\n- #cases per day on average : 8-12 cases per day\n- EMR / Equipment : Cerner - Xper\n\n- Charge Nurse : yes - supervisor is on call after hours\n- Cath lab / IR Techs : Yes\n- Weekend Requirement - RN's : call is required for weekends - every other weekend, maybe more maybe less, weekend call is from 3 : 30pm on Friday to 7am on Monday\n- Weekend Requirement - Techs : call is required for weekends - every other weekend, maybe more maybe less, weekend call is from 3 : 30pm on Friday to 7am on Monday\n- Call Requirement : RN's / response time 30 min - call team is one nurse and 2 techs, evening week day call requirement depends on needs - shift is 3 : 30pm-7am\n- Call requirement : Techs / response time 30 min - call team is one nurse and 2 techs, evening week day call requirement depends on needs - shift is 3 : 30pm-7am\n- Holidays : call would be required - if they want to work holidays they can\n- Scrub Color / provided : provided\n- Tele : phillips\n- Vents : yes\n- Cardiologist hours / on call : on call after hours (7p-7a)\n- IV Team : No\n- RT 24 / 7 : Yes\n- Pharmacy 24 / 7 : Yes\n- Shifts : 8 hr shifts (5), self scheduling hours are 7am-3 : 30pm\n- Floating : Will have to float between IR, cath lab, and EP lab\n- Floor specific orientation : one week typically\n- Common cases (IR &Cath lab) : IR - venous placement, port-a-cath, fistula, biliarry tube, neph tube, IVC filter Cath lab - L & R caths, stemi's, ICD's, pacemaker, carotids, pheripherals EP lab - ablations, devices\n- Additional Notes : EP lab experience is preferred for travelers, 2 years experience required, travel experience is preferred\n

Certifications : R-American Registry of Radiologic Technologists(Copy needed); BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
