Job Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to help plan and execute high-impact events for our clients. The Event Coordinator will support the planning, organization, and on-site execution of events ranging from brand activations and pop-ups to private functions and corporate productions.

Job : Full time

Pay Range : $21.00 - $27.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities :

Assist with event planning, scheduling, and vendor coordination

Oversee setup and breakdown of event spaces

• Ensure all materials, equipment, and supplies are delivered and in place

Support logistics for staffing, transportation, and event timelines

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Ability to lift and move equipment and work on-site during events
