The automotive markets Holman serves include fleet management and leasing; vehicle fabrication and upfitting; component manufacturing and productivity solutions; powertrain distribution and logistics services; commercial and personal insurance and risk management; and retail automotive sales as one of the largest privately owned dealership groups in the United States.

Principal Purpose of Position :

• Gathering and analyze information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations to senior leadership
• Collaborate with senior business and HSO leadership teams to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution of enterprise strategic plans
• Serve as project owner on transformative enterprise-wide strategic initiatives with responsibility for all aspects of the initiative's success from strategic planning through successful operational implementation
• Provide leadership support and manage the annual and 5-year strategic planning processes, including facilitating strategy sessions, running executive work-streams and owning responsibility for successful outcomes
• Serve as both a liaison and strategic partner to the business leadership teams, conducting monthly strategic priority review meetings to align their goals and objectives, recommend solutions and help them identify areas of focus and opportunity
• Identify, utilize and create both traditional and modern strategy frameworks and assessment tools to analyze data and to understand challenges, opportunities and risks
• Present and explain findings to the leadership team and key stakeholders in concise, impactful presentations
• Formulate and present plans for successful implementation of recommendations
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Pay : We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $112,160.00 - $176,645.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay and bonus earnings.
