Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals - Forest Lake is seeking motivated and detail-oriented candidates for an Assembly / Subassembly Operator position in Lindstrom, MN. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are dependable, and want to grow within a stable company.

Pay & Schedule

  • Hourly Pay : $16.00
  • Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM
  • Pay Frequency : Weekly
  • Employment Type : Evaluation-to-Hire (520 hours)
  • Location : Lindstrom, MN

    • Key Responsibilities

  • Operate injection molding machines and related equipment
  • Load inserts, remove and trim parts, inspect for quality, and package properly
  • Grind sprues and perform secondary operations as needed
  • Notify material handlers when hopper is low
  • Relieve other operators during breaks and perform other duties as assigned

    • Qualifications

  • Ability to stand or sit for up to 12 hours with breaks every two hours
  • Good vision for detailed visual inspections
  • Routine lifting of 18-25 lbs; occasional lifting up to 10 lbs above shoulder level
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Detail-oriented and dependable
  • Previous experience in warehouse or machine operation preferred

    • Additional Information

  • No drug screen or background check required
  • PPE provided and required for press operation
  • Ideal candidates may currently hold roles such as machine operator, material handler, or assembler
