System Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join a globally distributed technology team focused on building innovative, cloud-native platforms and experiences.

This role involves supporting Agile squads, driving system enhancements, and contributing to the development and maintenance of enterprise technology platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring strong systems analysis expertise, Agile leadership, and technical proficiency to accelerate value delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Scrum Leader for Agile squads, promoting adherence to Agile principles and practices
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, and Reviews
• Collaborate with Squad Leaders and team members to embed Agile approaches into daily work
• Develop and author solution requirements and specifications for moderate to complex software systems
• Perform systems analysis to support software development initiatives
• Utilize tools such as Jira and Jira Align for backlog management and Agile tracking
• Work with SQL and API testing tools such as Postman
• Translate business processes and goals into well-defined user stories and technical requirements
• Mentor and coach team members across functions and geographies
• Influence team behavior and foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile collaboration
• Communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Support distributed teams across U.S. and India time zones
• Partner with other squad members to accelerate value delivery and act as a change agent, role model, and teacher
