The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven Full Cycle Account Executive (AE) to own the entire sales process with benefits consultants and direct clients. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing your own pipeline (both outbound and inbound follow ups), qualifying leads, running discovery calls, delivering demos, and closing deals. This position is ideal for a results-driven individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail and who thrives on building client relationships.

This full time role is fully remote and represents a rare opportunity to build a function from the ground up at a pivotal point in our growth. As our first Full Cycle Account Executive, in partnership with OneVillage’s founder, you’ll have the opportunity to define best practices and lay the foundation for a critical function that scales with the business in partnership. Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify leads from a list of ~2,000 prospects through outbound and inbound channels, including cold calls, emails and LinkedIn
  • Schedule and lead discovery calls to understand client needs and pain points
  • Deliver compelling, tailored product demos and sales presentations to drive opportunities forward and close deals
  • Build relationships with benefits consultants and key stakeholders / decisions-makers at direct clients
  • Manage the sales cycle and pipeline from discovery to close using CRM tools for accurate reporting and follow up
  • Partner with CEO to create and execute personalized outreach strategies for employers and benefits consultants
  • Work with OneVillage leadership to ensure a smooth handoff post-sale
  • Ideal Candidate

  • Self-starter with 3+ years of sales development and account executive experience in B2B sales, ideally in a full-cycle AE role
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed quotas in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
  • Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, pipeline management and discovery techniques
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals and priorities independently
  • Experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot)
  • Strong customer-centric and servicing mindset
  • Experience in the employee benefits or insurance brokerage industry is a plus!
