GUEST SATISFACTION
Ensure local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are metControl day-to-day operations (scheduling labor, ordering food and supplies, etc.) to successfully support a $1.5mm – $2.5mm restaurantEnsures safe restaurant environment conditions are met which puts guest safety is a priorityMonitors restaurant Speed with Service (SWS) and OLO performance to meet performance targetsServes as a role model in resolving guest feedback and works to exceed guest service standardsMonitor root causes of guest dissatisfaction and coach team on feedback and resolution techniquesBusiness Acumen, Sales & Profit
Analyzes sales, labor, inventory and other resources on a continual basis and coaches on corrective action to meet or achieve margin and sales growth targetsEnsures that facilities and equipment, including maintenance and property are maintained to Blaze Pizza standards; coordinates facility upgrades or equipment replacement with corporate officeControl Profit & Loss by following cash / security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial statements / reports, and taking actionReviews and prioritizes store capital expenditure requestsBlaze Perks :

Is a positive and energetic self-starter, with a passion for leadershipHigh School diploma; college degree a plusBasic business math and accounting skills and strong analytical, decision-making skills4 years of operations management experience in the Quick Service, Casual Dining or Retail environment including responsibility for Profit & LossProven skills in employee and guest satisfaction; financial performanceBasic computer literacy and data analytics knowledgeDemonstrated track record in the manager selection, coaching and developmentGood oral / written communication skills with exceptional team building experienceProven ability with coaching and developing teamsExpected Start Date : Immediately
