The role will be responsible for end to end coordination and execution of all data entry for leave of absences administered though the outsourced vendor. This position will work closely with the in-house Absence Management team, absence management vendor (Sedgwick) and local hotel leadership to ensure timely and accurate data entry, reporting and auditing. This role will help to cover Specialist responsibilities as needed and on a temporary basis. When covering as a specialist, this role will serve as a liaison between the absence management vendor (Sedgwick), worker's compensation TPA and property leadership and HR. When covering as a specialist, the role will be responsible for a designated portfolio of hotels / offices ensuring effective and efficient colleague absence management, disability accommodation (both temporary & permanent) and return to work coordination.
Position Responsibilities / Essential Functions :
Coordinate and process on / off status through daily reporting and ensure status updates are entered into ADP system through upload process
Coordinate and complete paid benefit hours entry in Kronos system through manual key or upload process
Coordinate and complete unpaid benefit hours entry in Kronos system through manual key or upload process
Coordination and maintenance of paid family time balances in Kronos. To include adding PFBT to colleagues available balances, applying hours and removing hours at expiration of policy term
Generate wage statements in relation to work related injuries
Log occupational accommodation requests in risk portal
As needed, if / when covering for Specialist, serve as the main point of contact for hotel / property leadership for all inquiries related to a colleague's approved / denied absence / leave, accommodation, restrictions or return to work.
As needed, if / when covering for Specialist, Coordinate ADA interactive process between colleague, vendor (MyHyattLeave team) and local leadership. To include identification of potential accommodations, local training, securing resources for accommodation, etc.
As needed, if / when covering for Specialist, facilitates return-to-work (RTW) and accommodation efforts through negotiation with local hotel / property leadership, treatment provider and colleague; completes all accommodation / RTW related jurisdictional or company directed documentation, notification, or reporting; and documents contact in risk portal.

2 years of experience in data entry
Prior experience with leave of absence administration preferred
Prior experience with high volume data

Computer / System Skills needed to perform this job
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Forms
ADP / Enterprise preferred
Kronos / Dimensions preferred

To work remotely, you must be able to adhere to our IT requirements, including, but not limited to the following : High Speed Internet service required. Colleagues will be required to provide Hyatt with adequate certification of service from provider (upon request).
