Responsibilities\n\nAs a Long Term Acute Care Registered Nurse (LTAC RN), you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care throughout the assessment, intervention, and evaluation phases. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, you will help create tailored care plans designed for optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to : \n

• Administering medications and managing medical equipment including chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.\n
• Monitoring, implementing, and assessing patient status to ensure effective treatment.\n
• Providing guidance and oversight to clinical support staff to maintain high standards of care.\n\nShift : 3x12 Days
