Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Lead Chiropractic Assistant (CA) to oversee and support daily clinical operations within our chiropractic team.

This leadership position involves supervising and training chiropractic assistants, coordinating patient care and therapies, managing front desk duties, and ensuring accurate documentation throughout the patient experience.

Key Responsibilities Train and mentor chiropractic assistants to maintain consistency and quality in patient care.

Provide leadership and organization on the treatment floor to support smooth daily operations.

Assist with patient intake, prepare patients for exams, and document visit details accurately.

Provide instruction and assistance regarding Durable Medical Equipment (DME).

Perform and supervise therapies as prescribed by the chiropractor.

Manage scheduling, appointment confirmations, and overall front desk workflow.

Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and timely access to care.

Support translation services when necessary to promote clear communication with patients.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing updated procedures.

Communicate patient concerns or feedback to the Practice Manager and Chiropractor as appropriate.

Maintain high standards of professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail in every interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications Leadership experience in a medical or chiropractic office is required.

Demonstrated ability to lead by example and promote a collaborative team environment.

Excellent multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Experience with patient care documentation and familiarity with EHR or office software systems.

Commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Highly detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Bilingual proficiency is a plus for assisting patients with translation needs.
