Description
Role Summary : The Tech Support Specialist position is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing key programmer and key cutter calls as well as cutting keys onside for the ordering department.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support through both incoming and outgoing calls to our retail locations
- Support our wholesale customers with programming and key cutter issues
- Cut keys onsite
- Provide onsite support for key programming and cutting
Qualifications
Required Skills :
High school diploma or equivalent2+ years of experience in customer serviceProficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS ExcelWorking knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systemAbility to lift up to 50 lbsPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in automotive and / or locksmithingExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong phone presence and desire to engage customers through inbound and outbound callsBilingual Spanish strongly preferredHave a positive and professional demeanor with the ability to work well under pressureAbility to use critical and creative thinking to identify and resolve complex problemsStrong analytical, organizational and time management skillsStrong work ethicReliableJob Details :
