Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily operations of a modern corrugator machine, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of operators, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and implement production schedules, material flow, and staffing plans to meet production targets.
- Monitor product quality, conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with maintenance and other departments to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Troubleshoot operational issues, making quick, informed decisions to maintain productivity.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and efficiency gains.
Recommended Qualifications :
3+ years of supervisory experience within a high-speed manufacturing environment, preferably corrugation.Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a production team.Strong understanding of corrugator machine operations and processes, including control room, single facer, and double backer functions.Proven commitment to safety, quality, and productivity standards.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work flexible shifts as needed to support 24 / 7 operations.Preferred Qualifications :
