Director of Security Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Security Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage security operations programs, including threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security requirements and enhance operational security culture

Oversee compliance with security policies and develop metrics for operational security posture reporting

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in Security Operations with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

Proven track record in designing and managing a Security Operations Center (SOC) and incident response capabilities

Deep technical expertise in threat detection, incident response, and vulnerability management

Strong understanding of security frameworks and modern security threats

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
