Electronic Assembler - 2nd Shift

Location : East Metro, MN (Woodbury area)

Shift : Monday-Friday, 2 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM

Pay : $18.50 / hour (includes shift differential)

Duration : through May 2026

key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated electronic assembly work in a fast-paced environment
• Assemble components into printed circuit boards (PCBs) and final products using hand tools and prep machines
• Identify and install components based on written / oral instructions, assembly drawings, and BOMs
• Conduct testing and quality checks at multiple stages to ensure compliance with customer specs and IPC standards
• Package and label completed products following final build procedures and shipping instructions
• Complete pre-assembly tasks such as stocking lines, printing / applying labels, and collating materials
• Maintain flexibility to shift tasks, processes, or procedures based on supervisor direction
• Communicate any defects or issues with materials, tools, or processes promptly
