Commercial Superintendent

Job Description
The Commercial Superintendent will :
- Supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure they align with project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all job sites.
- Monitor project budgets and provide regular updates to management.
- Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly.
- Conduct inspections to ensure work meets specifications and client expectations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Document progress and prepare detailed reports for internal and external use.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Commercial Superintendent should have :
