Job Description

Responsible for the operations of Cage and Credit during their assigned shift to include effective scheduling, completion of all necessary accountability / compliance duties, paperwork, and to ensure effective service and coordination.

• Constantly schedules, coaches, and evaluates Main Cage, Banks, and Booths for optimum performance & service.
• Constantly ensures proper and effective accountability of funds during the shift.
• Frequently completes required accountability and compliance paperwork for the shift.
• Frequently coordinates with shift managers / supervisors of other departments to ensure timely, courteous service.
• Constantly promotes outstanding guest service and resolves guest related issues.
• Constantly performs credit / check-cashing duties within the scope of his / her authorized levels.
• Occasionally assigned other duties by the Cage / Credit Manager
