job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior. Observe for signs of theft, damage, or other unusual activity within the retail environment and promptly report findings to the appropriate personnel. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and restricted areas as required by site-specific policies. Work closely with store management and staff to address security-related concerns and support loss prevention initiatives. Complete detailed and accurate incident and daily activity reports as required by Allied Universal procedures. Remain visible and approachable to provide assistance to shoppers, staff, and visitors as needed. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Ability to lift up to or more than 20 pounds is preferred. Experience in loss prevention is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Job Description
As a Security Professional - Retail Site in Biloxi, MS , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by monitoring and patrolling designated areas within a busy retail location. Your presence will help create a welcoming environment for guests and employees. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
