Position Summary :

This is a unique position that spans a variety of accounting, customer service, investigative, and analytical work. The selected candidate will join a highly experienced team and will be thoroughly trained and supervised.

Essential Job Functions :

Assist in daily administration and customer service on a specialized global database used to manage company utility cost and consumption. Primary tasks will focus on North America.
Work directly for the UBM Systems Specialist and will coordinate with an off shore (Brazil) processing team, local Accounts Payable team, Accountants, Location Managers, Suppliers, and Internal Engineers.
Assist in creating various reports and drafting communications and presentations.

Job Requirements :

Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Word).

Task oriented and self-motivated, able to function without direct supervision.

Excellent organizational skills, able to effectively handle multiple ongoing tasks.

Work effectively as part of team or independently.

Well-developed independent judgment and problem solving.

Excellent written / verbal communication and positive interpersonal skills.
