Apartment Community Housekeeper

The Liberty Group is hiring reliable Housekeepers needed for Apartment Communities!

Job Responsibilities :

• Cleans vacant apartment units thoroughly including, but not limited to, disinfecting appliances and bathrooms, soaking light fixtures, mopping floors, and cleaning all woodwork, appliances, and windows.
• Cleans model apartments to ensure neatness, cleanliness and ready for prospective residents.
• Cleans other property facilities including the office, laundry rooms, fitness center, and club house as scheduled and as needed.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces
• Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms
• Manage Supply inventory

Required Qualifications :

Hotel, Rehab, Condo, Airbnb, tenant turnover, hotel with kitchenettes, all a plus!

Pay ranges from $16 to $18 per hour, depending on experience.
