What You Will Be Doing

• Motivating and mentoring students through direct, daily engagement—no lectures, just powerful peer-level coaching
• Using adaptive learning tech and AI platforms to help each student learn at their own pace
• Leading small-group workshops focused on life skills, leadership, and real-world success strategies
• Helping students discover their strengths and expand ambitions through personalized growth planning
• Contributing to the ongoing innovation of Alpha's learning model with data, insights, and bold ideas

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $60 USD / hour, which equates to $120,000 USD / year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
