Title : Investor Relations and Sales

Role Objective
The Hunter is a growth-focused investor acquisition lead responsible for generating and converting new investor interest into committed capital across BeQuest investment offerings (non-Tardus). This role focuses on building trust through effective discovery conversations, solution alignment, and personalized guidance through the commitment process. Hunters play a vital role in achieving BeQuest's new capital goals and partner closely with the IRC and Marketing teams to deliver a high-conversion investor experience. They also collaborate with the Farmer role to ensure strong post-funding engagement, support referral generation, and maintain continuity of relationship with each investor.
Key Responsibilities
A. New Investor Acquisition & Discovery
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound and referred leads interested in BeQuest.
- Conduct investor discovery and qualification conversations to assess fit and align on investor goals.
- Educate prospective investors on BeQuest's offerings and value proposition.
B. Conversion Through Commitment
Own the investor journey from Discovery through Hard Commit (verbal or signed commitment).Guide investors through product comparisons, return expectations, and timing considerations.Partner with the IRC team to ensure a smooth transition into the funding and paperwork process post-commitment.C. CRM, Follow-Up & Funnel Management
Maintain high-quality CRM hygiene : log calls, notes, status, and key decision details. Leverage available CRM playbooks to standardize follow-up workflows, qualification notes, and pipeline movement.Execute timely follow-ups based on investor behaviors and lifecycle stage.Monitor conversion metrics and pipeline stage progression to inform prioritization.D. Events, Referrals & Brand Presence
Attend and support investor events including webinars, conferences, dinners, and happy hours.Proactively generate referrals from interested or recently committed investors.Collaborate with Marketing to improve top-of-funnel lead conversion and clarity.E. Internal Collaboration
Partner closely with the Farmer role to ensure seamless transitions from new investor commitment to onboarding, and to support timely follow-up and conversion of referrals.Work closely with IRC to support documentation, funding, and onboarding transitions.Provide feedback to leadership and Marketing based on prospect behavior and objections.Contribute to the development of sales enablement materials and investor FAQs.Ideal Candidate Profile
