Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and authorize claims for mechanical breakdowns, ensuring compliance with service contract criteria
Provide superior customer service by addressing inquiries and documenting all claim-related interactions
Support management by coaching team members and stepping in as a manager when needed
Required Qualifications
ASE certifications (current or past)
4-5 years of hands-on automotive repair and diagnosis experience
Proficient in computer and data entry skills, particularly with Windows-based programs
Experience in negotiation and customer service
Trade school or automotive degree (optional)
