  • Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).

Vital Signs Monitoring :

  • Regularly monitor and document vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and oxygen saturation, promptly reporting any abnormalities to nursing staff.
  • Mobility Assistance :

  • Support patients with mobility challenges by assisting with transfers and positioning to prevent pressure ulcers and promote comfort.
  • Documentation :

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documented care provided, changes in condition, and any incidents.
  • Companionship :

  • Provide emotional support and engage in meaningful interactions with residents to enhance their quality of life.
  • Safety :

  • Create a safe environment for patients by identifying and addressing potential hazards and responding promptly to emergencies.
  • Communication :

  • Communicate effectively with the healthcare team, patients, and their families, providing updates on patient progress and reporting any concerns.
  • Hygiene & Sanitation :

  • Ensure a clean and hygienic environment for patients, including assistance with toileting, changing linens, and keeping patient areas organized.
  • Team Collaboration :

  • Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.
  • Qualifications :

  • Certified as a CNA or equivalent Must be legally authorized to work in the United States No 1099 contracts Proficiency in spoken and written English Current Shift Availability : Monday through Saturday (5 days a week, alt weekends) 6 : 00 am – 2 : 00 pm Potential opportunities for overtime Locations : Vancouver, WA Job Types :   Full-time   ​​​​​​ Compensation : $20.00 - $24.00 p / hour dependent upon experience & certifications including valid CNA License.
