Development Intern
As a Development Intern, you will support the pursuit of new business and the execution of Ryan-owned and third-party owned development and construction projects.
Some things you can expect to support and perform :
- Market research
- Organizing project information, communication and meetings
- Preparing deal approval packages for the board of directors and management teams
- Assisting in site evaluation and acquisition and LOI / Lease negotiations
- Assistance in coordinating tenant improvement construction projects
- Supporting the entitlement process
- Involvement in creating development proposals and simple to complex development proforma
To be successful in this role :
You must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in real estate or finance or related fields within 18 months of graduation.Available to work up to 20 hours a week for at least three months.You will really stand out if you :
Are extremely well-organized.Have the ability to implement development tasks on multiple development projects with moderate supervision from associate or senior development staff.Communicate clearly.Demonstrate entry-level presentation skillset.Display relationship building skillset.Collaborate well.Eligibility : Positions require verification of employment eligibility to work in the U.S.
Compensation : The hourly wage is $20-$25 / hour. The hourly rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities.
