Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Superintendent located in Manhattan, KS. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficiency. Key tasks include scheduling, managing site activities, coordinating with subcontractors, Architects, Engineers and owners. Enforcing safety protocols, organizing resources, budgeting, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

Experience in Construction Site Management and ensuring Construction Safety

Strong Organization Skills

Proven ability in Budgeting

Project Management experience

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Ability to work on-site in Manhattan, KS

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is beneficial

Relevant certifications such as OSHA, PMP, etc., are a plus
