Customer Experience Supervisor

The Coppell Senior and Community Center is a vibrant hub for adults 50+, offering programs, events, and fitness opportunities that promote wellness and lifelong engagement. As our Customer Experience Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind daily operations, leading and developing a front-line team of Customer Service Attendants, ensuring seamless rentals and front desk services, and resolving customer needs with care. Your role spans coordinating facility rentals and community events, mentoring staff and volunteers, overseeing safety and service standards, and stepping in as Manager on Duty when needed. Each day, you'll combine leadership, customer service, and program support to create meaningful experiences that strengthen our community.
Regular attendance is essential. This position typically works an 8 : 30 am 5 : 30 pm schedule, Monday Friday, with additional evening, weekend, and holiday hours as required for meetings, trainings, programs, events, rentals, and on-site coverage.
This opportunity is exempt and on Pay Grade #14. The full Pay Grade Range is shown for growth and development opportunities within the grade. Salary determination is supported by budget availability and qualifications of the candidate to maintain internal equity. Hiring Range : $61,727.
