We are searching for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) TCP Cypress someone to gather information, assess and provide direct care to patients. Works collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to render age-appropriate care.

- Knowledge of pediatric assessment and treatment
- Knowledge of related OSHA and CLIA / COLA guidelines and requirements, general office tasks, confidentiality and filing system
- Proficiency with treatments such as nebulizer, ear irrigation and dressing changes
Qualifications :
High school graduate, GED, or equivalentDiploma or Certificate from a school of vocational nursing OR Documentation from the Texas Board of Nursing verifying an exception to the requirement for a diploma from a school of vocational nursingLicensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) by the State of Texas Board of Nurse Examiners or CompactBasic Life Support (BLS) certification required from the American Heart Association"As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace, all successful candidates will be required to undergo respiratory fit testing in compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
