About the Role

Were looking for a dedicated bilingual Mental Health Therapist (Licensed Professional Counselor or equivalent) to join our growing team. In this role, you'll provide in-person and virtual therapy to individuals, families, and groups navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Youll be part of a multidisciplinary team committed to holistic, accessible care.

What Youll Do

• Deliver evidence-based therapy with empathy and cultural humility.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, care managers, and community partners.
• Provide crisis support and brief interventions when needed.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in our EHR system.
• Run therapy groups and participate in community mental health programming.
• Stay current with trends, tools, and best practices in mental health.

What You Bring

Masters degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field

Active Illinois licensure (LPC, LCPC, LCSW)

2+ years of therapy experience in an outpatient or community-based setting

Bilingual in Spanish

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

A heart for equity and a commitment to underserved populations

Bonus if youre :

Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor (CADC)

Experienced with trauma-focused or evidence-based models
