At the Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) , we believe passion and potential matter just as much as experience. As a Behavior Technician (BT) , you’ll receive paid training and full support to complete the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Training Course , preparing you to earn your certification.

While you train, you’ll help children with autism gain meaningful skills in a supportive, clinic-based environment—where every day makes a difference.

What You’ll Do

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
  • Support the implementation of individualized treatment and behavior plans
  • Accurately record and track progress using digital data tools
  • Collaborate with teammates to create a positive, engaging environment
  • Help children reach milestones and develop life-changing skills

    • What You’ll Need

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • College coursework in psychology, education, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience working with children (formal or informal—babysitting, tutoring, coaching, camp counseling, etc.)
  • Compassion, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed
  • Dependable, motivated, and eager to learn ABA therapy practices
