Overview : Interim Counsel - Product & FDA Regulatory

Company : A private, venture-backed wellness and wearable technology company

Experience : 8+ years experience

Location : Boston, MA; Hybrid-onsite 3 days

Description :

Reporting to the company's AGC, the candidate will :

• Advise the company's product and research teams on design, development, and launch of regulated and non-regulated products and features, including medical device features, blood-pressure features, and a new product focused on blood work collection and analysis.
• Provide guidance on FDA, medical device, and wellness regulatory frameworks, including product classification and strategy
• Guide the team on the line between regulated products, wellness features, and the corporate practice of medicine.
• Support product development, research activities, and go-to-market strategies.
