job_description.job_card.job_descriptionGraduate of an accredited school of nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred, Master’s degree in nursing, education, or related field strongly preferred. Five or more years of clinical nursing experience with at least three in Labor and Delivery. Labor and Delivery experience required. Fetal Monitoring Instructor preferred. Massachusetts RN license active. BLS required, with BLS Instructor within 6 months of hire. NRP required, with NRP Instructor within 6 months of hire. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills. A love for teaching and coaching, with the ability to keep education interactive and fun. A leader and collaborator who thrives on building confidence and competence in others. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to keep complex details on track. Bonus if you are skilled in curriculum development and program design.
