Position Summary

We're seeking a Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead and motivate cleaning teams, and ensure clients consistently receive high-quality service. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll combine supervision with direct support to maintain standards and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise cleaning activities at client sites.
  • Train, mentor, and support staff to maintain high performance.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and address deficiencies promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
  • Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, resolving concerns quickly.
  • Step in to perform cleaning tasks when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of team performance, inspections, and supply usage.
