A company is looking for an Equity & Compensation Partner to lead the compensation function within its Total Rewards team.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and refine the company's compensation philosophy and strategy
Oversee equity programs and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Provide strategic compensation guidance and develop training materials for team partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree or certification preferred
7+ years of professional experience in compensation, with at least 5 years in cash and equity programs
Proficiency with compensation benchmarking tools and HRIS systems
Experience administering equity programs, preferably in a private company
Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and develop compensation strategies
