Florida Licensed Area Manager

A company is looking for an Area Manager focused on Wastewater and Water Treatment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, direct, and coordinate activities of multiple projects and client representatives to meet contracted scope of work

Manage the growth and development of assigned managers and staff, ensuring client and regulatory satisfaction

Serve as the primary point of contact with clients and regulatory agencies, providing technical advice and resolving issues

Required Qualifications

High School Graduate or Equivalent; technical / vocational school background preferred, bachelor's degree is a plus

Minimum twelve (12) years of experience in wastewater and water distribution / treatment or mechanical fields required

Previous management experience is preferred

Training in general management, asset management, compliance management, and SCADA operations is required

Continuing education opportunities in relevant fields are expected
