Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a contract position at a federal medical center in Devens, MA. The CNA will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to the healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure patient comfort.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems.
• Follow HIPAA compliance standards to ensure patient confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Report any changes in patient conditions to supervising nurses promptly.
