You will assist in patient care and ensure the overall quality of patient services in the facility. You will report to the Chief Nursing Officer or Administrator on Call.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
- Patient Assessment : Evaluate patients' medical conditions and support systems to determine suitable care plans.\n
- Care Coordination : Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff to ensure timely treatments and interventions.\n
- Discharge Planning : Develop discharge plans, coordinating follow-up care and necessary services.\n
- Utilization Review : Monitor the appropriateness of hospital admissions and stays, ensuring regulatory compliance and resource optimization.\n
- Patient Advocacy and Education : Advocate for patients' needs, educate them on treatment options, and support informed decision-making.\n\nSkills and Qualifications : \n
- Clinical Expertise : Strong foundation in nursing practices and patient care.\n
- Communication Skills : Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.\n

- Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.\n
- ASLS and PALS certification preferred.\n
