Legal Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Legal Operations Manager to oversee legal work streams and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Streamline workflows and implement solutions to optimize legal and policy operations

Manage the workflow and completion of legal requests through the internal inquiry system

Produce monthly data reports for leadership and support team functions through project management and vendor management

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in a legal operations or similar role within a legal department or law firm

Familiarity with contract best practices and experience working with Revenue and Sales teams

Proven experience in streamlining workflows and implementing process improvements

Strong familiarity with legal technology solutions, including contract lifecycle management systems

Experience in data analysis and generating reports and dashboards
