Position :

The Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for ensuring that all products and processes within the facility meet the company's quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role involves monitoring the flow of inventory, conducting inspections, performing audits, and ensuring that all safety and compliance protocols are followed to deliver high-quality products to customers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Inspection and Testing :

Conduct regular inspections of products during the receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping stages.

Monitor the operational processes within the distribution center to ensure they adhere to established quality standards.

Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, tests, and audits.

Work closely with warehouse associates, supervisors, and managers to ensure product quality standards are consistently met.

Identify defective or damaged goods and ensure proper handling, segregation, and documentation of non-conforming products.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations within the distribution center.

Assist in identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency.
