Job Overview :

As an AI Engineer at DirectRx Pharmacy, you’ll play a key role in developing and applying artificial intelligence solutions that strengthen our patient services and operational capabilities. This position is ideal for individuals who are eager to apply their technical expertise in a healthcare environment, contributing to projects that merge advanced technology with patient-centered care.

Major Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and implement AI tools that improve workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, generate insights, and support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI-driven solutions.
  • Build, train, and refine machine learning models for accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
  • Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows to maximize impact.
  • Evaluate and monitor AI models in production to ensure accuracy, scalability, and compliance.
  • Document project outcomes and present findings to leadership.
  • Apply best practices in data security and compliance within a healthcare environment.

Minimum Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Computer Science (with AI / ML concentration), or a closely related field.
  • Strong foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, including model development, training, and evaluation required.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience using AI / ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
