Currently searching for an experienced Quality Control for the organic department for our local warehouse in Nazareth.

The Quality Control is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet established quality standards. This role involves inspecting materials, parts, and products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Identify and document defects, deviations, or non-conformances and report findings to the QC Supervisor or Production Manager.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections and test results.
• Collaborate with production staff to communicate quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and applicable safety regulations.
• Calibrate testing equipment and ensure proper maintenance of quality tools.
• Participate in internal audits and assist with quality improvement initiatives.
• Help enforce a zero-tolerance policy for recurring quality violations or safety hazards.
