Quality Systems Coordinator – Responsibilities
- Manage all QMS documents, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and manuals; ensure revision control and proper approvals
- Support other departments in formatting and publishing controlled documents in compliance with company standards
- Assist in internal process audits and maintaining audit records
- Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Lead initiatives to analyze and improve quality processes, identifying root causes and implementing corrective and preventative actions
- Ensure corrective actions are undertaken to address non-conformities found
- Verify closure of non-conformities
- Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends, measure performance, and generate reports for management
- Develop and facilitate training programs to educate staff on quality standards, procedures, and the QMS
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance
- Promote quality initiatives across departments and ensure cohesive quality strategies
- Engage with key stakeholders to facilitate delivery and compliance with the quality strategy
- Communicate quality matters to personnel at all levels, internally and externally
- Identify business improvement opportunities within the organization
- Participate in the operations team to share ideas and implement continuous improvement activities and process improvements to optimize results and quality of delivery

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related fieldAt least 5 years in quality assurance, quality control, or related fieldCertified in ISO 9001 preferred, but not requiredOutstanding verbal and written communication skills with exceptional interpersonal abilitiesWork Environment
Office environment with minimal exposure to dust, noise, and environmental hazards; long periods of sitting and frequent computer useAbility to lift 50 poundsOccasional use of a company vehicle; a successful Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) is requiredReferral level : Professional.
