As our company grows, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to lead and coordinate our projects from concept to completion.
Position Summary :
The Project Manager will oversee and manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, labor needs, and materials
- Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules or resources as necessary to meet project goals
- Conduct job site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations
- Prepare and present project status reports to internal leadership
- Handle change orders, resolve issues, and mitigate risks as they arise
- Ensure all work complies with NEC, local codes, and Rack Electric standards
- Track project costs and maintain profitability
Requirements :
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, preferably in electrical or constructionStrong understanding of electrical systems and construction processesProven track record of managing multiple projects from start to finishProficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsOSHA certification and strong knowledge of job site safety practicesValid driver’s license and clean driving recordPMP certification (preferred but not required)What We Offer :
